MY JOURNEY. OUR MISSION.
LOCALLY BORN BUT GLOBALLY YOURS

- Garry Frazier, Founder
My brand is a reflection of who I am —
built on integrity, not imitation. It's earned, not borrowed.
You can trust Globall because
it's rooted in truth & transparency.

CHANGING THE PLAYBOOK
I founded Globall Consulting with a clear purpose: to revolutionize basketball products and create pathways for diverse representation in an industry that needed it.
As a Black entrepreneur in basketball, I saw both a challenge and an opportunity. The industry lacked diversity among vendors, salespeople, and contractors, and I set out to change that. At the same time, I was determined to push the boundaries of what basketball products could be, blending innovation, lifestyle, and performance.
Globall is more than gear. It’s about confidence—confidence to play anywhere and confidence to show up as yourself. Every product is designed to empower, inspire, and reflect a broader vision of who belongs in the game, putting purpose in every product. That’s where our "P.E.P. in Your Step" philosophy comes in. Whether you're on the court or chasing goals off it, progress doesn’t require perfection, just movement with purpose.
PURPOSE IN EVERY PRODUCT
My personal journey has shaped every aspect of this company. Having experienced challenging times firsthand, I understand the importance of creating opportunities and lifting others. This perspective drives our commitment to community programs alongside our business growth.
When you choose Globall, you're not just getting superior products—you're supporting a mission to transform lives through sport, opportunity, and innovation.

Purpose
Practice equals progress. Preparation equals progress. Passion equals purpose.
Choose your P.E.P., just remember that movement is the base for implementation. As long as you continue moving, you will eventually separate yourself and elevate. Put P.E.P. in your step and turn intention into momentum. Progress doesn’t require perfection, just movement with purpose.
